- Setup & breakdown must be included in total booking time
- Music is allowed but at a volume that ensures hotel guest enjoyment
- TABC guidelines mandatory for any alcohol
02 Pricing
- Hourly: $225/hr, 3hr minimum (1 hour of setup/teardown included)
- Full Day Rental: $1680
- 2 days: $2900
- + $150 cleaning fee for all rentals
- 50% deposit due at the time of booking
03 Booking
- Reservation requests reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis
- 7 day notice required
- Email completed reservation form to info@greyhoundinntx.com.
- Renters responsible for all setup and teardown, including returning all tables and equipment to their original locations.
